“Howaboutwe.com for couples” is offering 3 months of free membership. The site offers discounted events, shows, meals, classes, and other date ideas for couples. You could plan things to do with your wife, husband, girlfriend, boyfriend… or just click and your night out is planned.

To register you will need to book something with a member's price of $50+ by the end of today (4/16/13) and they will waive the 1st month fee and also give you the 2nd and 3rd month free.

I'm not sure if they automatically renew your account, but Citibank offers “Virtual Credit Cards” or disposable credit card numbers to help you with that. I'm sure some other banks offer it as well. Its simple, they generate a unique credit card number and you can specify the spending limit and the expiration date. In this case I might set the limit to whatever I want to buy and the expiration date to 3 months from now.
