• Free INTERNET – for Gold/Platinum members in July 2013 – everyone else in 2014.  The one thing I always hated about staying at their hotels was paying $15 per day for internet.  To make it even better, you dont even need to stay at the hotel to get internet.
• They will make it easier to earn elite status if you stay at two different brands, reward nights will count, and if you stay more than is needed to earn status, those extra nights will count towards the next year.
• I understand that our accounts will just switch over to the new program so we don't have to make any changes or sign up for anything (for a change, they have made this very easy)
