Milepoint is offering a premium membership again this year ($49) for even less than last year.  This is only really worth it if you dont have Hilton Gold status yet, and you have some use for it.  Some of the other benefits are nice but I wouldnt pay extra to have them.

Here is what is worth having:

1. Hilton Gold Status through February 2015! – worth the $50 easily!  I'm planning a trip to Maldives next year and getting the free breakfast and internet will probably be worth over $50 per day.  If you cannot get Gold Status any other way, this will be valuable.
2. 1,000 United Miles – this is worth around $15 to 20
3. Hyatt 10% Off Gift Cards – this could be worth something to you if you stay at Hyatt often
4. National Car Rental – nice to have this if you rental cars often
5. Free Airport Parking – a free day of parking at The Parking Spot

All together, I think this is worth at least $60.  Take a look at the other benefits that are included below in case something is useful for you.

UPDATE 10/30/13

The Hyatt 10% Discount offer gets better.  If you buy the gift cards using the Starwood SPG American Express – Business Card, you get an additional 5% off with the OPEN Savings.  For example, lets say you buy $1,000 in Hyatt Gift Cards.  You save 10% or $100.  You pay $900.  The Amex Business card gives you 5% off which is $45.  You also get 900 Starwood points which are worth anywhere between 2 to 3 cents each, or around $20.  To sum it up $1000 – $100 – $45 – $20 = $835 for a $1000 card.  This is approx a 16.5% discount.  If you travel a lot for business or stay often in Hyatt hotels, this is a great deal for you.  If you happened to get a new credit card recently and need to spend a certain amount, this will help you reach your bonus.  American Express is currently offering 25,000 Starpoints if you get their card.
