Have not been able to get it over 15K.
On one computer I got it the 2nd or 3rd time. When I tried again, it took many many times. Try a different computer, mobile phone, browser.

If you don’t get it within the first 10x, give up for the day. Don’t know the logic behind Amex releasing the higher offers, but on some days, Amex opens up the flood gates, and the highest offer will appear on the 1st attempt for many who try.
