I haven't seen many airline bonuses with hotels so this is pretty good. 25k miles gets you a domestic flight which could be worth up to around $400-700 (I once booked a flight from nyc to aspen for 25k miles which costed approx $700). So if you can max this promotion out, I will say this 5k miles are worth $100 to $140.

You will earn 1,000 United miles per qualifying stay of 2+ nights, max of 5 stays for 5,000. To max this out, you would have to stay a minimum of 10 nights (5 stays x 2 nights each)
