After you order your card, you will get the following information:

Your replacement card or Card with Chip will be sent to the address on file for your account. You should receive your new card within 10 days. If not, please contact Customer Service at 1-800-950-5114. ^***Outside the U.S., Canada or Puerto Rico, call us collect at 605-335-2222.

^*PayPass^TM Customers: If you have a card with a PayPass^TM mobile sticker, you and all authorized users on your account will be sent a new card and PayPass mobile sticker in order to ensure your account (s) remain synchronized. Remember to destroy your old card and PayPass^TM sticker when the new one(s) arrive.

Important Notice: Your Citi credit card may already include EMV Chip Technology. If so, you will automatically receive a replacement card with chip at no cost.
